Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of GrassModo Kennewick Turf Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

GrassModo Kennewick Turf Solutions provides artificial grass installation and related services for residential and commercial properties in Kennewick, WA and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information you give us and an initial assessment of your property. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material availability, and any changes to the scope of work. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with the work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Installation warranties vary by service type and will be detailed in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and ensuring access to the work area during scheduled times. You must also notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other obstacles that may affect the installation.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits for scheduled work may be non-refundable depending on materials ordered and work already performed.

Limitation of Liability

GrassModo Kennewick Turf Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
